Nice place, but service needs work

The hotel is pretty nice overall with a good breakfast spread, but the service was a big letdown. The front desk staff were a bit distracted, which felt rude. Had a curtain fall when I tried to close it, and the response wasn't great. Also, my buddy struggled to find ice all night. Definitely not what I expected.
